An addition to a 1960's international style house located in an old traditional neighborhood in Baltimore Maryland. The addition was to accommodate a new study and master bedroom suite and was strategically placed to create a private exterior garden court.
The existing house, located on a sensitive area waterfront lot was demolished down to the foundation and a new house was constructed on the existing footprint. The new house was designed with large open living spaces showered with daylight accented with large expanses of glass framing the waterfront views.
A renovation and expansion of a 1950's era waterfront cottage on Lake Ogelton in Annapolis Maryland. The interior was opened up to function as one large living space facing the water with guest bedrooms left at the entry side of the house and the master bedroom suite located on the private 2nd floor of the addition.
